Vessel equipment is a set of technological devices designed for the effective separation, clarification, and preparation of various phases of oil and gas mixtures, as well as for the discharge, accumulation, and primary purification of water and gas.

The complex of storage tanks is designed for multi-stage processing and preparation of hydrocarbon media. It provides:

Effective separation of the mixture into oil, gas, and water
Clarification and dehydration of water and oil
Capture of mechanical impurities and solid particles
Reduction of the droplet phase content in gas products
Full automation of control with the ability to monitor parameters (levels, pressure, temperature)
Protection of equipment from corrosion processes and ensuring a long service life

These units are actively used in the stages of formation water treatment, primary separation of raw materials, preparation of oil and gas for transportation, as well as to ensure the environmental safety of facilities.

The unit includes the following devices:

Modernized water separators (OVM) — tanks designed for the precipitation and removal of mechanical impurities and the separation of water from petroleum products.
Modernized automated oil and gas separators (NGSM-A) — used at the inlet, intermediate, and final stages of separation for oil degassing and gas purification.
Modernized gas separators (GSM) — provide deep purification of associated or natural gas from liquid droplets and condensate.
Modernized automated oil and gas separators with water discharge (NGSVM-A) — designed to separate well production into oil, gas, and water at UPSV and UPN facilities.
Modernized oil settlers (ONM) — designed for additional oil clarification by settling and separating residual water.
Centrifugal gas separator (GSC) — a device for effective separation of gas from liquid.
Oil and gas expanders (R) — used to reduce pressure, average the mixture, and eliminate gas pockets.
Internal devices (UV) — elements that ensure uniform flow distribution, improved phase separation, and increased efficiency of storage equipment.
Flare separator (FS) — designed to capture liquid from gas discharged into the flare, preventing environmental pollution.
