Block pumping stations are compact, factory-made, modular units designed to pump various liquids (water, oil, solutions) as part of technological complexes at oil and gas industry facilities. They are delivered fully ready for operation, housed in insulated or open blocks, and can be adapted to the specific tasks and climatic conditions of the customer.
Depending on their purpose, the stations are used:
- for pumping water into the formation (BKNS),
- for fire extinguishing systems,
- for oil transportation (SNN),
- for technical water supply (SNV).
Each unit is equipped with pump units, automation, control and filtration systems, pipeline fittings, instrumentation and control equipment, as well as heating, ventilation, lighting and safety systems. As a result of the modular design, the stations can be easily integrated into existing infrastructures and provide a high degree of reliability, energy efficiency, and operational convenience.
