Water quantity measurement systems are designed to measure water volume and flow rate in automatic mode for the purpose of operational metering at oil treatment plants, UPSV, KDFT,UPN.

The SIKV ensures:
  • equal distribution of flows along the measuring lines;
  • water sampling;
  • control of shut-off valves tightness affecting the results of measurements and inspections;
  • equipment, process pipelines drainage;
  • possibility of cleaning, flushing or steaming pipelines; 
  • disassembly of measuring transducers and process equipment without interrupting the continuity of the measurement process.

The following equipment is part of the SIKV:

  • Measuring lines (working, standby and control-reserve)
  • Sampling device in accordance with GOST 2517;
  • Drainage system from the pipelines;
  • Control and measuring instruments.
SIKVs conform to GOST 26.260.18-2004 "Technological blocks for gas and oil industry" and other normative documentation.

SIKV are produced in two modifications:

  • version 1 - open placement on frame-base;
  • version 2 - placement in the block-box.
Block-boxes are equipped with heating, ventilation, gas control and fire alarm sensors.

Upon request, SIKV is completed with a specialized device for data processing of primary transducers of flow rate, temperature and pressure installed in SIKV.

Personnel fire alarm control system is developed and manufactured according to TU 28.99.39-020-20676863-2018

Example of notation when ordering products:

 SIKV-4,0-1 (2)-U1(ХЛ1), where:

     4,0 - nominal pressure, MPa;

     1(2) - version (1-open placement on the frame-base, 2- in block-boxes);

     У1 (ХЛ1) - climatic version in accordance with GOST 15150.
